VISION STATEMENT: The vision of Acadia is to create for its residents an environment that fosters optimization of resident potential for independence and self-fulfillment through continuous enhancing of quality of care and quality of life.

MISSION: Acadia Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is a Skilled Nursing Facility committed to providing person-centered care in a home environment to all its residents. In order to enhance the quality of life of the residents, we provide an integrated approach which encompasses the review of all resident activity programs and services. The resident’s goals and individual needs is the force that drives the team. Through staff development and teaching at every level, we strive to achieve a value-driven community that encourages the resident’s individuality and independence as part of each employee’s approach to her/his daily responsibilities.
